Telephone consults

You must have had a face to face consult within the last 12 months to be eligible for a Telephone consult. Telephone consults will incur a fee for people not on any type of concession card.

Pensioners, Health Care and/or Commonwealth Seniors card holders and Children (under 16) will be bulk billed.

FOR CONSULTS ON A SATURDAY, THERE IS NO BULK BILLING REGARDLESS OF CONCESSION STATUS AND CONSULTATIONS INCUR A HIGHER FEE.
